Shipping and Returns
NOTICE: During the Canada Post strike, we will be shipping orders via UPS*
*UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or some remote and rural Canadian addresses. If we are unable to ship your order via UPS, we will contact you. We can either hold your order or ship to an alternate delivery address.
*Free or Flat Rate Shipping is not available for NT, NU, YT during Canada Post strike.
We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING within Canada on all orders with subtotals over $129.00*
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when we receive your payment. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
Ki Aroma ships within Canada only. Shipping times vary depending on your region.

Ki Aroma takes no responsibility for any loss, damage or delay that may occur. We currently ship products without insurance and do not require a signature upon receipt. If either of these services are required, let us know. Additional shipping charges will be applied for these services.

No, Ki Aroma does not Drop Ship.
We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Meaning any item can be returned within 90 days of receipt of your order for a full product refund (excluding shipping charges).
All products must be returned intact and in original packaging. We are unable to refund partially used products. If we do not receive the item or if it is damaged, we will be unable to issue a refund or credit.

We will send you a RAN (Return Authorization Number) which must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returned items will not be accepted without a RAN.

We make every effort to ship your order within 1-3 business days from when we receive your payment.
No, Ki Aroma does not have a Minimum Order Policy.
Ki Aroma accepts phone orders. However, these orders do not qualify for online discounts. Please note that any error on phone orders is the sole responsibility of the customer.

No, we are unable to make changes to an order after it has been submitted. This includes adding or deleting items and applying coupons.

Yes, all of our Essential Oils are 100% pure and free from any additives or adulterants.
Essential Oils are highly concentrated aromatic essences extracted from roots, leaves, flowers, bark, fruit and resins of plants and trees.
Carrier Oils (also know as vegetable oils) are used to dilute Essential Oils and Absolutes so they can be safely applied to skin. They usually have a neutral scent and do not evaporate as quickly as Essential Oils, which makes the ideal for diluting Essential Oils.
Carrier Oils are also used by Massage Therapists or as an ingredient for Creams, Lotions, Soaps and much more...
Essential Oils are extracted directly from plants, creating an all natural product, whereas Fragrance oils are manufactured in a lab and contain synthetic aroma compounds.
All of our Essential and Carrier Oils are 100% pure and natural. Although we source only the highest quality and ethically produced products, not all of these oils are certified organic.
Some oils are wild-crafted and therefore ineligible for certification. Many farmers around the world, choose to farm without using pesticides, but the certification process is either unavailable in their country or the cost is too high.
To be sure that we are offering you the highest quality 100% pure products, we only order from distillers who process crops that have not been sprayed with pesticides.
Although all of our oils are 100% pure, we do NOT recommend the ingestion of any of our products. Essential Oils are highly concentrated and have the capacity to cause possible harm if used internally. This recommendation is supported by the International federation of Aromatherapists.
No, our products are not tested on animals, unless you count the humans who work here at Ki Aroma.
