Lip Balm Tube Filling Tray with Spatula - holds 50 Tubes

Ki Aroma's Lip Balm Tube Filling Tray is easy to use and holds up to 50 lip balm tubes. Tubes are pushed in one side, and then the tray is turned over and the tubes are held securely for filling. After filling you can remove any excess from spills and melt down for your next batch. This tray pays for itself over time as you will waste much less of your product, not to mention saving yourself lots of time.

How to use:
 • Simply invert the lip balm tube filling tray and gently insert the lip balm tubes into the openings. Do not push them in all the way, but only until they stop about halfway into the hollow. This will enable the caps to fit snugly, and will leave a small amount of lip balm above the top of the tube.
• Turn the tray over and proceed to pour the lip balm base into the tubes.
• Leave at room temperature to harden for about 2 hours.
• Once the lip balms have solidified, use a sterile plastic spatula to gently scrap away the excess lip balm base on the surface of the tray.
• Invert the filling tray once again and remove the filled lip balm tubes.
• Gently wipe around the rim of the lip balm tubes, and attach the lids and labels.
