Absorption: Macadamia oil absorbs slowly and will leave an oily feeling on the skin.
Storage: To prolong the shelf life of Carrier Oils, store in a cool dark place or refrigerate after opening. Bring to room temperature before use.

Carrier Oils are vegetable and nut in origin and are used in Aromatherapy to dilute Essential Oils. In addition to protecting, nourishing and moisturizing, Carrier Oils encourage absorption of Essential Oils evenly over the skin. Dilutions of 3-5% are usual when blending Essential Oils with Carrier Oils. Carrier Oils that are cold pressed are not exposed to heat and chemicals and are more nutrient rich than refined vegetable or nut oils.
Carrier Oils blended with your choice of Essential Oils can be used in a variety of ways. Apply to your wrists, just as you would use a perfume or use as a Massage Oil.
